Your free bandwidth gets resets every 30 days, not on the 1st of the month, but on the day of the month you signed up. You can check your reset date by going to the My Account section, after logging in on our website.

Due to time zone differences, the reset might not occur until later in the day for you, potentially even the next day. Simply wait for a little bit and it will reset.
